Return Policy
 

All orders from Tymico Canada may be returned within three (3) days of receipt for a full refund with exception of the products listed below. Tymico Canada reserves the right to carry out a full inspection of the product before accepting the return. In order to return or exchange (under the warranty guidelines) all or part of your order, you must contact us in writing to sales@tymico.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). All returned items must be returned unused in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, cables, etc with the RMA# clearly printed on the outside of the package. All free items must be returned together with purchase items in order to receive a full refund. Used products, customized products and printed graphics are non-refundable.

 

Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded. Tymico Canada is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Tymico Canada cannot provide credit for a return without confirming receipt of the returned items. At our discretion, a restocking fee up to 25% of the purchase/sale price will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

 

Product Exceptions to Return Policy
 

Customized product orders do not apply to the return policy stated above. Customized items include but are not limited to any graphics, customizable color panels, or special order items. Customized items will not be able to be returned.

 

Turnaround
 

Turnaround times begin ONLY when order has been received; and the following conditions have been met:

  • Graphic files have been submitted in acceptable format (see Tymico's Artwork guidelines).

  • Graphic has been pre-approved by customer in writing via email.

  • Deposit and/or payment information has been provided.

 

Graphic Approval
 

All orders sent after 2:00pm EST will be treated as a next business day order. Files are checked on a first come first served basis. PDF proof will be sent to your email for approval. Please only approve your graphic proof when you are ready to commit to its printing, as this approval is final, and not reversible. Approval must be received by 3:00pm EST for that business day to count or else approval date will be counted as the following business day. NOTE: It is your responsibility to proof read all the text, images, and etc.

Change Orders & Order Cancellations
 

All change orders must be made in writing to sales@tymico.com. Any verbal change orders will not be accepted. Change orders include but are not limited to changes in shipping addresses, changes in order timeframes, or changes in product purchased. All change orders are subject to additional charges or price adjustment when applicable. All change orders are subject to a restocking fee up to 50% value of the goods when applicable. All payments for change orders must be paid in full for a change order to be accepted and moved onto the next step in production or shipping.

 

All order cancellations must be made in writing to sales@tymico.com and approved by a Tymico Canada representative. The cancellation of a production order for which Tymico Canada has produced and/or ordered raw materials may result in Tymico Canada fully charging for materials and labor, or imposing a minimum cancellation fee of up to 50% of the purchase/sale price. If an order is completed and/or shipped, no order cancellation will be accepted.

Shipping & Handling
 

Tymico Canada will not be held liable for any delays, damage or loss of packages in the shipping of products. Tymico Canada will also not be held liable for any third party carrier delaying in the delivery of products. All claims must be processed directly with the third party carrier. Upon the acceptance of delivery, you agree that the package(s) have arrived without any visible shipping damage. If shipping damage is noted, sign for the delivery as damaged and contact Tymico Canada immediately. Failure to sign for the package(s) as damaged, refusal of the package, or neglecting to note after 3 business days any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process will be treated as a warranty claim and are subject to the terms and conditions of our warranty. All international shipments are subject to additional fees such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. These fees are the responsibility of the client. In the event that these fees are charged to Tymico Canada, these fees will be paid on behalf of the client and in turn will be billed to the client. The credit card that was used to place the order will be charged for these additional fees.

Limited Warranty
 

Tymico Canada guarantees their product under a series of warranties for manufacturing defects. Under the warranty policies, product believed to be a manufacturing defect will be repaired and/or replaced upon inspection of the issue. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Tymico Canada for inspection. At the discretion of Tymico Canada, if the issue is deemed a manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired and/or replaced and returned to the customer at no cost standard ground shipping. Free replacement products cannot be sent until an assessment of the supposed defective product is made. At the discretion of Tymico Canada, if the received product is deemed not to be a manufacturing defect, the customer will be notified and the product may be repaired and/or replaced at the customers cost. Shipping charges will be the customers’ responsibility for any items needing expedited shipping. This warranty does not extend to any Tymico Canada products with the following: mistreatment of product, unauthorized alteration, natural disasters, failure to follow product instruction sheets & labeling, incorrect use, theft, loss, vandalism, destruction, damages occurred while in transit. However, if your order is incorrect or damaged in shipping please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and at our discretion we will make the proper arrangements.

 

Graphics & Customized Products
 

All graphics and customized product orders claims must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of merchandise. All claims include but are not limited to any such discrepancy between the approved proofs that were sent via email and the merchandise that was received. All claims must be made in writing within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of receipt of merchandise and should be directed to sales@tymico.com. All claims made after the twenty-four hour period of receipt of merchandise will not be honored.

 

All printed graphics purchased from Tymico Canada are considered final sales. There is no warranty or refund period for graphics purchases.
